The Junior Fire Fighter Program was started as part of the Monticello Fire Department in 2009. The Junior Fire Fighters attend meetings, trainings, and fires. You must be 16 to apply, and are eligible to remain on the department until the fall after graduating high school. If interested in becoming a junior fire fighter please contact us at:
